Do you stock all of your designs in each color?
That would be a lot of paper lol! We do not stock all our prints only a select few. We mainly print on demand which means that when you order we grab a cup of coffee, put on our apron and jump into the studio ready to print your order. This allows us more space, more color choices, low costs to you, and less waste is made. It's a win-win!
Where do you source your materials?
We source our paper from The French Paper Company. They have been leading the way in creating environmentally friendly recycled paper products using their fully renewable hydroelectric generators that powers their facility. This helps reduce emissions and pollutants in our already strained environment. In addition, we also source our shirts from American Apparel, Royal Apparel American-Made Collection and Bella+Canvas that practice eco-conscious manufacturing and have set up ethical guidelines.
How are your products made?
All of our products are screen printed by hand with care in our studio. We cut all of our paper by hand, mix all of our own ink, print all of our designs, and package everything ourselves. Even though this printing method is labor intensive we love the quality and look you can see and feel. Machine printing would be a lot faster and easier for us but we believe as artists that the closer we are to our process the better our product will be. Our State Map Collection are the only prints that are giclée printed but are still held to the same high standards as our screen-prints.
Can I get color swatches before I order?
Unfortunately we do not offer physical color swatches at this time. We do our best to match our printed colors to the swatches available on our site. Please be aware that every monitor differs and the colors you see may vary in person.
How do you package your products?
Our t-shirts are packaged in poly-bags that are tear resistant and waterproof. Our small 9 x 12 prints and large 12 x 16 prints are packaged in a cellophane sleeve with a backing board and then placed in a rigid mailer for shipping. Our 18 x 24 prints are rolled and shipped in a crush resistant tube. If more than 2 large prints are ordered, they will be shipped flat in either a thin cardboard box or a large rigid mailer or rolled in a tube. We do our best to package minimally to ensure the best shipping rates for you.
How long will it take for my order to be printed?
**Currently, our new tank tops will take between 3 and 5 business days to be printed**
Orders take between 1 and 3 business days to be printed. We do our best to work as fast as our lil' hands will let us but occasionally an order may take longer in which case we will notify you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide. All of our international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International which is the most economical way to ship. This service can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks to arrive with an occasional package taking a little longer. There is no tracking or insurance offered with international orders. If you would like to place an international order but would like a different method of shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us for quotes.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $50. If your order is under $50 your shipping costs are determined by weight. In order to see the final shipping cost for your order, you must fill in your billing information before your submit your purchase. If you have any questions please contact us.
How long will it take for me to receive my order once it ships?
Usually it takes between 3 and 8 days for domestic orders to arrive. Please be aware that USPS allows up to 14 days for a package to be delivered via First Class Mail. If your order is time sensitive, feel free to contact us for shipping upgrades and we can provide you with quotes.
What happens if my poster was delivered damaged?
We do our best to package each poster in the sturdiest manner possible, but every once in a while a poster will be damaged en route to you. If you receive a poster that is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving it. Provide us with a clear photo of the damage and we'll be happy to send out a replacement free of charge.
I received my print but it's curled. How do I fix this?
All of our large 18 x 24 posters are shipped out in a sturdy shipping tubes. This means that these posters will need to be uncurled. There are several options to uncurl a poster. While keeping it wrapped in the packing paper, slowly and gently roll the poster around the shipping tube in the opposite direction of the curl. Using the tube prevents creasing the poster, and the packing paper protects the image from being damaged. Another option is to place the poster directly into a frame, which gives it no choice but to stay flat.
I live in Austin, can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, we are unable to receive customers since we do not have a storefront but we can be found at local craft fairs and marketplaces so be sure to join us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for events and times.
Can I return/exchange my order?
Returns for Prints:
Since we print on demand all of our poster sales are final so unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for these unless there is a mistake on our part.
Returns for Apparel:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns or exchanges on all unwashed, unworn apparel. Just contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return/exchange form for your item. Please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we can not refund shipping costs on any returned items. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund which may take 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected in your credit card statement. Exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge. Refunds can only be made to the original buyer. In cases were an item was a gift, the gift recipient may exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value.
I would like to carry your products in my shop. Do you wholesale?

Can I have a custom color printed?
Unfortunately we do not offer custom colors at this time but we hope to do so in the near future.
Can you design a custom print for me?
From time to time we will take on custom prints. Our schedule is very busy so we can't always say yes. Send us an email with your idea and we will let you know if we can do it. Please be aware that due to our printing process it can be cost a bit more to produce "one-off" designs. Screen printing is more cost effective when printing multiples since the same work goes into printing one as it does to print many.

No we do not retain any of your information. All payments on our shop go through Paypal and carry the Paypal protection. Visit the Paypal website for more details on their protection policy.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
