What's Up With Monorail

August 24, 2015

We are getting back into the groove of things and prepping for our next batch of shows. Daniella is busy working on a new poster design featuring cocktails. It’s looking good and we should be getting it to film soon and then printing. Yay!

We recently got back from Seattle were we attended the Renegade Craft Fair. It was a lot of fun and we met a lot of great people including the wonderful folks over at Such Sweet Tierney. We managed to fit in a little day trip to the Olympic Mountains and Dungeness Cove. It was so beautiful and all we could think of is how flat Austin was (even though we do have hills!). We also got to go to Pikes Place Market, which was packed with people…sort of felt like we were in the middle of a sea of sardines trying to get through. We rode the Monorail to get there mainly because we felt it was necessary since it’s in our name. The food was amazing in Seattle…so much delicious seafood and such great drinks. We gorged on great seafood and had some amazing local gin and beer. Seattleites are so lucky.

Enough daydreaming!

We have two shows coming up in September, the Chicago Renegade and Austin Pecan Festival on back-to-back weekends. We have a lot of printing to do for those shows so we need to get started soon.
